The European Union is in a moment of rapid evolution.
This season of change started with the 2019 European Green Deal communication, which set out a far-reaching, unprecedented programme of reform. It is not just a new growth strategy, it aims to “supports the transition of the EU to a fair and prosperous society that responds to the challenges posed by climate change and environmental degradation, improving the quality of life of current and future generations.”
This is the green transition.

L’Unione Europea si trova in una fase di evoluzione dinamica.
Questa stagione di innovazione è partita dalla comunicazione sul Green Deal europeo del 2019, che ha definito un programma di riforma senza precedenti. Il Green Deal non intende solo fondare le basi di una strategia di sviluppo, ma mira a sostenere la “transizione verso una società equa e prospera, capace di reagire alle sfide legate ai cambiamenti climatici e al degrado ambientale migliorando la qualità della vita delle generazioni presenti e future.”
